Regional Tournament Information

Information for Coaches

As we approach the 2020-2021 season, it's time for registration for the regional competitions this year. As detailed in previous TAC Forums and Summer Workshop, programs will have between August 1st and August 31st to declare they will be attending the first semester worth of regionals for high school or the year's worth for junior high.

Program directors (one per school) will complete the following google form to declare their attendance at said regionals. Failure to complete this form by August 31st will cause your program to be unable to attend said regionals.

Once you've completed the form, you are confirming attendance for those regionals and Jennifer Akers will send you an invoice for those school fees. All money for school fees and entry fees for the regional format will be paid to ACTAA. They will serve as the 'banker' per say for these events. For high school, the school fee for each regional is $50. For junior high, the school fee for each regional is $30. You will not receive a refund of your school fees if you choose to not attend those regionals after completing the form. It's imperative that you pay these school fees ASAP due to the nature of online competition with pre-ordering the platform and other miscellaneous costs.
