2016 Fall Conference Information


The Adventure Begins Here


The Arkansas Communication and Theatre Arts Association is pleased to announce its plans for the 2016 Fall Conference to be held at Basin Park Hotel in Eureka Springs, AR.

Conference cost is $110 if member is registered by August 20. 

Registration after August 20 is $140. Registration from September 3 until the start of the conference is $170. 

Members are responsible for booking their own accommodations at the Basin Park Hotel. Prices for lodging depends on type/size of room/condo (call 479-253-7837 to make reservations). Please make sure to let them know you are with ACTAA. 

Note: A block of rooms has been set aside for this conference, but will be released to the public on August 8. Please call to make reservations ASAP. 

Any member who elects not to stay in the Basin Park Hotel (or the Crescent Hotel) will be charged an additional $20 facilities fee. 

Please note: If you are interested in finding a roommate for Fall Conference to share cost, we will have a discussion going on the ACTAA Facebook page for that purpose.


PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate event registration for "Conference Guests". PLEASE fill out this second registration form if you have guests attending meals with you.
