Join us for your state's conference for communication, debate, & drama educators!

Each fall ACTAA engages educators from across the state through dynamic professional development, networking, and mentorship.

This year's conference to be held September 7-9, 2023 at The Hotel Hot Springs will feature dozens of workshops and panel discussions on timely topics in education, including but not limited to reducing students' communication anxiety, using performing arts to promote community service, highlighting the diversity of voices in public speaking and theatre, and incorporating mental health resources in speech, debate, drama, and media classrooms.

The block and rate is limited, so please make your arrangements as soon as you can. Deadline extended to book at block rate is 08/28/23.

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

Conference registration canceled on or before August 25, 2023, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee. Registrants canceling on or after August 25, 2023, will NOT receive a refund. The following is a link to the full Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy.
